What is on offer?
Each meeting will provide:
An opportunity to delve deeper into a particular spiritual teaching and how it might positively impact our lives.
An enquiry into aspects of our lives, the challenges and gifts of our human experience.
Silent or guided meditations.
A place where we can share and learn.
Whilst there will always be a prepared programme, first and foremost, these are opportunities to look deeply at the issues we all face and to allow us the opportunity to learn a different way of seeing and responding to them.
Sharing is encouraged but is entirely voluntary, so if you wish to come along and sit quietly and observe, that is absolutely fine as well.
What can you expect?
Tempting as it is to follow the standard marketing jive that it is crucial to provide a list of guaranteed benefits, the truth is that what you learn, what you realise, how your perception of life may change are things over which no one has any control.
As a minimum these meetings, as the name suggests, are a place where you can find some inner peace and tranquillity, a place where you can take a break from this hectic and challenging life and a place where you may reset and be ready to move forward once more.
Beyond that, meetings will provide an environment in which profound changes are possible and the more frequently you attend, the greater are the chances of such changes taking hold in your life.
