When you find yourself on the Spiritual Path (whatever that may mean for you, it is probably why you are on tis page) when asked to state their ultimate desire, most choose one of the four pillars of spiritual life – Love, Peace, Freedom or Truth.
The first three tend to be chosen far more than the fourth.
There is an emotional quality to Love, Peace and Freedom – it is the State of Being from which we wish to live our lives.
But the Truth has much less of an emotional charge.
And yet, this is in many ways, ultimately, a deep and profound search for the Truth – the essence of the meaning of our lives – who we are when all else is stripped away – and the very reason for our very existence.
The Truth that is sought is not relative truth – true now only until proven to be false later, nor is it personal – if it is my truth but not yours then it is not the truth that we seek.
This is the Truth which is true at all times, in all places, and for all beings.
In this Truth, you will also find Love and Freedom and Peace.
It is possible for all of us – and it is possible right now, for you.
And it is to the discovery of this Truth, that this Retreat is dedicated.
My very good friend Anna and I have had the pleasure of running a number of retreats over the past few years.
Our retreats (not through any attempted force of will on our parts but quite simply by the grace over which there is no control) have developed into a joyous mix of laughter, most excellent company and from the feedback we have received, an opportunity for anyone to delve deep into the Love, Peace, Freedom and Ultimate Truth which are our True Nature.
Being able to share all of this with each other is a gift – a gift which is perhaps one of the most precious gifts of all.

Prices run from £600.00 to £1250.00 per person for the full four day retreat and include all accommodation and food - the only thing you need is an open mind and an open heart.
